Are you sharing the feedback you get to the real organizers of the event?

Hi. very frustrating po ang event. I just want to express our frustration based on what we’ve experienced. we bought ticket a year ago and it was rescheduled today. we understand that the event took place in an open space but please also understand that the event needs more marshals for it to be more organized. I’ve been attending concerts and events that took place in open grounds or open area, but your event is far from what ive expected. We did not receive the fair treatment that we are expecting. we paid for VIP ticket but to our surprise, no one checked the ticket if it is gen ad, vip, or svip except the ones that are in charge of giving stubs. after that, people are all in one place and nobody is assisting for proper lane of gen ad, vip and svip. in short your event is so unorganized. one entrace and exit point. no barricades. many people fainted. no portable toilets. food stalls are not accessible inside. we still have covid cases and we’re expecting a well organized event to practice the safety protocol of social distancing. Again, no one is reminding everyone to keep distance. Another thing is the parking. we’ve experienced heavy traffic that took 5hrs. reason? double, triple, quadruple parking. roads have almost been closed because of the cars that left behind by the owners. aside from heavy traffic is the signages. weve seen no signages or marks on the way to the event. Youve mentioned the pin in waze but it re routed 5 times in waze and google maps that caused us to get lost and be late in the event. We hope that our complaint be escalated to your event organizers and took an immediate action in response to negative comments of your big event.
