Christmas 2015 Wine Promos at Clark Wine Center
Christmas is just right around the corner and Clark Wine Center has some fabulous packages and promos for this season. Red and White Wine Christmas Package One bottle each of Red and White Bordeaux from Chateau Vrai Caillou. This highly rated wine from the “midi” or the middle of the Bordeaux makes an easy-drinking and soft red that pairs well with a lot of food items while the white is crisp, young, and refreshing. The bottles are also colored red and green–perfect for this season. Price: 1500 PHP His and Hers Package He might want beer, she might like sparkling wine to celebrate. This package has a bottle of Aegerter Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blanc, a fruity and good alternative to the more expensive Champagne and a bottle of Vintage Beer from Canada. Vintage Beer has a fuller, more potent flavor (and higher alcohol content) than regular beer and is not filteres so the lees can add more flavor as it ages in the bottle. Price: 2000 PHP Vintage Wine Package Wines meant to be aged in bottles are hard to find so matured wines are even harder to find. This package includes two bottles of red French Wines which have matured for at least 15 years. Chatea La Croix d’Arrialh, a Merlot-based wine from Bordeaux has developed oak-derived flavors and aromas reminiscent of spices and cedar wood while the Saint Joseph from the Rhone Valley would have spicy and leathery notes.
