Those who wish to relax over breakfast while waiting to snap a few memorable pictures of the colorful hot air balloon might want to get a table at the roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center.

Breakfast is served at the Roof deck lawn garden of Clark Wine Center on February 11th and 12th (Saturday and Sunday) at 5am. Hot air balloons are scheduled to take off at 5:30am and return at around 7am. This seems to be a comfortable and convenient way to observe and take pictures of the balloons taking off at dawn. Just how close the balloon will fly over the Clark Wine Center depends largely on prevailing wind directions. Last year, breakfast guests took many good pictures of the hot air balloons flying overhead not so far away.
