November 28, 2010
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — At least two drug pushers from Pampanga were arrested in separate police operations.
In Floridablanca, Alexander Danan, 39, a resident of Barangay San Roque Dau First, Lubao, was collared Wednesday after selling methamphetamine, locally known as “shabu”, which was placed in a small heat-sealed plastic.
The local police arrested Danan after receiving information that the sales of illegal drugs in a gasoline station at Barangay Valdez, Foridablanca is rampant.
Dana was detained at the municipal police station.
In Mabalacat, Roland Calma, 21, was arrested on Thursday along 5th Street, Barangay Dapdap.
Calma was nabbed after police received information that there was an ongoing “pot” session and selling of illegal drugs in said village.
Recovered from Calma were dried marijuana leaves placed in a medium-sized heat-sealed plastic sachet.
Charges on violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were being readied by police for Danan and Calma. (Charlene Cayabyab)
