2010 should be a difficult vintage for California, as wineries has faced a continuous decline in the price of vineyard. In the Napa Valley wine region of California’s flagship, vines have lost 15% of their value since 2007, when prices were highest. The falling price of vineyard land is related to the softening demand for high quality wines. Faced with the crisis, U.S. consumers have not reduced their consumption of wine but have turned to cheaper wines. This decrease in the price of grapes complicates the financing of the wine industry, the value of the land being taken into account in the amount of loans. According to Silicon Valley Bank, 10 areas and wineries will change hands within two years following the seizures, then there were none in this situation in 2008.

According to a study by the same bank with wine, 7% of them say they are in financial difficulties.

Getting to the Clark Wine Center wine shop from Manila is quite simple:  after entering Clark Freeport from Dau and Angeles City, proceed straight along the main highway M A Roxas.
