Summer time is definitely picnic time, for many people. Usually once a year everyone likes to get together with people who they have not had the opportunity to see in several years. However planning an event for thirty

or more people can at first seem like an overwhelming task. If however you take the time to really think things out and plan properly you will see that it is not as bad as you may have first thought.

Of course the first thing that you need to do is write out your invitation list. Next you will have to choose which location you will have your picnic. Most parks have a picnic area in them. Some parks require that you make reservations if you have a very large party. If you do this then they will usually rope the area off for you the day before so that no one will come and take your chosen location. It would definitely be in your best interest if you have one person each bring a dish, beverage, or possibly some of the utensils. Then all you have to do is insert the envelopes into your printer, and press enter. Make sure that you put down for everyone to rsvp, and to let you know what they will be brining with them. You should also add a rain date just in case, or you can rent a tent so that you can have your picnic rain or shine. Simple basic tents are really not that expensive and can be found at your local party store. This way you can bring any additional items that may be needed yourself. This way you will be able to have your invitations done in a very short period of time. Were talking less than an hour to complete. Once you have finished your invitations all you have to do next is mail them out.

On the day of the picnic you should make sure that you bring some chairs for people to sit in. They don’t have to be anything fancy just simple lawn or garden chairs or perhaps a few blankets to lie out on the ground so that everyone will have a place to sit. Then you will be able to sit back and enjoy your picnic
