Arrested Suspect for Viol of RA 7610 and Viol of Sec 11 and 15 of Article II of RA 9165

That on or about 032200H February 2012, Bantay Bayan from Brgy Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City brought to Police Station 3 the person of Jessie manarang y Labordo, 28 years old, single, jobless and resident of Blk 84 Lot 7 Dist 7 EPZA Resettlement, Brgy Pulung cacutud, Angeles City, suspect of the above-cited case. Investigation shows that on or about 031830H February 2012, victim identified as Judy Ann Catacutan, 14 years old and resident of Blk 107 Lot 2 Dist 7, EPZA Resettlement, Brgy Pulung cacutud, Angeles City while washing their dishes inside their house when suspect arrived then suddenly hug and kissed her on right face near her lips wherein said incident was seen by victim’s brother then reported to their mother and prompted them to report the matter to the Brgy Officials of said barangay. At this juncture, responding Bantay Bayan apprehended the suspect. At the said Office, PO1 Meneses conducted bodily searched to the suspect and confiscated from his possession and control one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing dried marijuana leaves weighing more or less 0.2 grams.
